 (1) 联办    ： 大巴窑东民众俱乐部妇女执行委员会   (2) 比赛日期与时间： 2012年6月2日 (星期六) 1400-1900 第一轮至第三轮 2012年6月3日 (星期日) 0930-1800 第四轮至第七轮 (4) 参赛形式   ： 个人和团体 (5) 组别   ： 公开组－在籍中学生 初中组－在籍中一、中二学生 (6) 报名费   ： 每人$15；棋会会员/棋会学校 $5（2012年5月27日截止报名） (7) 奖励     ： a.初中组和公开组的前6名新加坡籍棋手和6名非新加坡籍棋手 将获颁奖杯。 b.每组也奖设特别奖给3名女棋手。 c.各组的参赛学校三名最佳成绩者的分数将算作该校的团体成绩。各组的前4名学校将获颁团体奖杯。公开组冠军队伍将获颁楸枰杯。 (8) 比赛规则 ： a. 采用瑞士制。 b. 每方限时45分钟，超时判负 c. 迟到者将自动损失自由时间，迟到超过十五分钟者作弃权论。 d. 主办单位建议参赛者穿校服参赛。 e. 任何缺席而未请假者当弃权论。 f. 如有纠纷，裁判有权作最后决定。 g. 主办单位有权利对比赛规则进行修改。 h. 报名截至后，比赛名单将会在棋会网站上供棋手检查；比赛当天将不会更改名单。   下载报名表请点击这里。

 Jointly Organized: Toa Payoh East CC Women's Executive Committee   Date / Time 2nd June 2012, Saturday, 1400—1900 (Round 1-3) 3rd June 2012, Sunday,   0930—1800 (Round 4-7) Venue Toa Payoh East Community Club (160 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh Singapore 319380) (Opposite Pei Chun Public School or Next to Blk 43 and Blk 47)   Format Individual and Team events   Group Open Group – Secondary Students Junior Group – Secondary 1 and Secondary 2 Students   Fees $15.00 per participant/$5 for SWA members or SWA related schools (Deadline of registration will be by 27th May 2012)   Prizes • Trophies will be awarded to the Top 6 Singaporean players and 6 Non-Singaporean players in Open and Junior Group • There will also be additional 3 Special Awards for Female players in both groups • The best 3 players of each school in the Junior and Open Group will automatically form a team representing their school. The top 4 schools will receive team trophies and Qiuping Cup will be awarded to the winner team in Open Group.  Rules • The competition will be conducted using SWISS System. • A free time of 45 minutes will be allocated for each player in each game.  • Any player who is late for 15 minutes will automatically lose the game. • Participants are to be dressed in school uniforms.  • For any dispute, the Chief Arbiter will make the final decision with reference to Singapore Weiqi Association Tournament Handbook. • The official name list will be put up on www.weiqi.org.sg website for final checking after the registration deadline. • There will be no changing of the namelist on the actual day of the competition. • The Organizers reserves all right to amend the rules as stated above.   To download registration form, please click here.
