Kiev Tournament, 19/11/05-20/11/05
67 players attended the Kiev Tournament, the Ukraine entry in the TOYOTA - IGS-PandaNet European Go Tour.
Hitachi 21st London Open 30/12/94-02/01/95
129 players from 13 countries attended this year's London open at the Highbury Roundhouse. Over a third of these were from overseas - A, B, DK, F, D, I, IRE, JAP, KOR, NL, SLO, USA. The tournament was very successful thanks to the hard work of organiser Harold Lee and the generous sponsorship from Hitachi. The Managing Director of Hitachi Leasing Europe Ltd, Dr. Motoki Shirasuka, was pleased to be able to present the prizes including one to his son who is a very keen go player.
London Open 28/12/06-31/12/06
142 players attended the first day of the 33rd London Open, held again at ISH, Great Portland Street. Again it was run by Geoff Kaniuk and the others from CLGC and BGA, and the main tournament was a major in the Toyota - IGS-Pandanet European Go Tour. The top two boards
