    European Womens Championship

    It was announced at this year's EGF AGM that the World Womens Championship will be held, starting this year, for at least three years. Europe has been allocated one place in this event.

    6th European Student Go Championship

    10 September 2010 - 12 September 2010

    Students under the age of 30 are invited to take part in the 6th European Student Go Championship. It will take place in the beautiful 'Bessunger Schlösschen' ('small castle') in Darmstadt, 35km south of Frankfurt am Main from 10 to 12 September.

    Thanks to sponsorship from Omikron, the first three players will share 500€ prize money. The Korean professional Yoon Young Sun will
