The second game in the best-of-three British Go Championship was won by Nick Krempel by a narrow 2.5 points after an epic 6hr30 (plus lunchtime) battle.

Regular tournament attendees will be familiar with the sight of T Mark Hall sitting in a corner with his laptop, demonstrating and hoping to sell GoGoD (Games of Go on Disc). Many's the time I've walked past.

This year's Shodan Challenge is now underway, with around 20 challengers hoping to achieve their goals over the next year.

Although the challenge has now officially started, people are still more than welcome to sign-up.
