Organisation Maintenance

People

Add person [36]: Peoples' photos should be added to the directory /files/people using FTP. This can be done before or after adding the person data.
Edit Person: click on the name in the People [37] page and then on Edit. Note: You may also need to change various other pages, including the Clubs List [24] if they're a contact for a Club.

All people with photos [39], whether Active or not

Position

Don't forget if you're adding a new position or editing an existing one to make sure that the person already exists first!
