Please come along to the British Small Board Go Championship, to be held in Cambridge on Sunday 22 January 2012.

The winner gets to be the British National 13x13 Go Champion, keeps the splendid trophy for one year and wins £50 cash. Past winners include Matt Cocke, Des Cann and the late Terry Stacey. The current champion is Andrew Simons. There is also a £20 prize for the best junior.

The annual British Go Congress is being held on 8th-11th April in the lovely location of Malmesbury Town Hall.

The website with full information and booking form is now available here

PLEASE NOTE the accommodation side is a little more difficult this year as there aren't that many hotels or B&Bs very close to the site

We have been invited by Alexander Dinerchtein to participate in an online match on KGS against his Insei League.

The match is at 9pm Russian time (that's 6pm BST) on Saturday 22nd May - sorry about the shortness of notice.

15-30 players from 10K upwards will be playing.

Youth titles at U8, U10, U12, U14, U16 and U18 will be contested, in addition to the titles of overall British Youth Champion and British Schools Team Champions. A mixture of even and handicap games.
