Miscellaneous

• Add normal Page - Add Story (also goes into the Newsfeed)
• Add Image Gallery, to be able to add photos - Add photo to Gallery

Tournament Results

• Current Title Holders - click on person's name to go straight to Edit page

• Editing an existing one: locate it on the Clubs List, click on the name, then click on the Edit button.

Organisation Maintenance

People

• Add person: Peoples' photos should be added to the directory /files/people using FTP. This can be done before or after adding the person data.
• Edit Person: click on the name in the People page and then on Edit. Note: You may also need to change various other pages, including the Clubs List if they're a contact for a Club.
• List of Inactive people - i.e. not an Official or Council member
• All people with photos, whether Active or not
• All people (basic info)

Position

Don't forget if you're adding a new position or editing an existing one to make sure that the person already exists first!

• Add Position
• Edit Position: click on the role in the Official by Committee page and then on Edit
• Position email redirects
• Changes List by date

Committees

• Add committee or
• Edit Committee: click on the Committee name in the Council page and then on Edit.
• List of email addresses
• Chairman email redirects - Committee circulation lists
