We have some advice for those who wish to teach Go and also have various resouces for teaching, some of which are listed below.
We also have problem cards that you can obtain from us as white A4 sheet copies.
Approximately 200 graded problems for beginners on a variety of subjects. An ASCII version is included for each page, so you can quickly look at the problems before deciding to access the graphic version in the downloadable/printable pdf file. Answers are not supplied as a teacher who knows how to play reasonably well would not need them.
A set of 10 pages prepared by Greg Reid of Queen Anne High School, Dunfermline, Scotland. Each has several questions to test the pupils' understanding of a position.
The BGA has a dedicated account for teaching on the KGS online server. This comes with a voice channel which is particularly helpful for group teaching. The page explains how to use the facility.
